How To Holiday In Hawaii ... Anytime You Want ... Using
NONE Of Your Own Money
From: Brett McFall
THE MCFALL REPORT
The World's Best Advertising Secrets - MADE SIMPLE
Hey bud,
I just did an interview. And afterwards I thought
... "you know, I covered some info there that would be
pretty important to my subscribers."
And if the headline at the top of the page interests you,
then you need to read it right now. Especially if you're
interested in creating streams of income.
Yep, the internet is fast becoming THE
new way to create wealth.
Why? Because you can create streams of income out of
virtually nothing.
Streams of income
that can pay off an investment house... pay off your car ...
and yes, even a holiday to Hawaii (or somewhere else that
does it for you).
Anyway, let's get
this information into your brain before you start losing
interest and turn on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?"
The
Interviewers are TED CIUBA - a master internet consultant
from the USA, and ALAN FORREST SMITH - a brilliant
copywriter from the UK.
Ted:
Welcome Brett. You're an expert copywriter and internet
marketer and I wanted to find out what you're really up to
right now.
Brett:
Sure Ted, here’s what I’m about most of all today. I’m
about lifestyle. I’m about showing people how to
bring the lifestyle to them. The
lifestyle
that the
internet can provide. I don’t really think that most people
reading this are here to learn about how to use the
internet.
I don’t think
they really care about the HTML code which makes up a
website. I don’t think they really care about what goes
into actually creating e-books and things like that,
or how to create autoresponders. I don’t think that’s their
main concern. In fact, I’m sure of it.
What that is,
is the means to an end. It’s how to get from point A to
point B.
So what I really
like to focus on is the lifestyle, about what you really
want,
why you go on the internet in the first place.
How would you
like to be able to
holiday in Hawaii, anytime you want, using none of your
own money?
Ted:
Sounds good!
Brett:
Right. That’s the real reason we get on the internet.
Tomorrow, you could book a flight to Hawaii
today and tomorrow you’re flying out to Hawaii. And you
might be out there for maybe two weeks, and then you choose
to fly back. And it hasn’t cost you a cent of your own
money.
Now, that is
exciting, and that’s what the internet can do for you. And
I’ll explain it to you on this call, if you’d like me to,
but that’s how it happens.
How about if
you could then fly back to Hawaii another two or three
months from now, because you’re feeling a little bit cold or
you’re feeling a little bit down or you’re feeling a little
bit bored.
Or you’re
feeling a little bit stressed over something, and so you
book another trip to Hawaii, so you can roll out the towel,
put on your swimmers, grab your surfboard and maybe go and
learn how to surf. And just go and experience the heat and
the beauty of Hawaii, again using none of your own money.
It’s got
nothing to do with the internet. Nothing about HTML code,
autoresponders, web copywriting, anything like that. That’s
really what you’re on there for. That’s what I’m going to
show people how to do.
Ted:
You are a good prime example, because you are living that
lifestyle that you described. In fact, you have the
approach that I think is ingenious. Set up an income stream
and that buys your car. Set up an income stream and that
buys your investment property. And all of this is with
internet money. Is that not true?
Brett:
Without a doubt, it’s not my money at all.
Ted:
Lifestyle. And now your money that’s coming in – because it
becomes yours as soon as it comes in – not only is that
letting you live the lifestyle, but you’re building for the
future too, your autopilot wealth.
Brett:
Here’s the thing. We talked about how the internet can buy
you a holiday; but you’re right, it could buy you a car, it
can buy you anything you want, including buying you
investment properties, if that’s what you want.
Most
people know that if they want to invest their money they
should get into real estate. It goes up in value and it’s a
good, solid investment.
What about
this?
What about if you could have an investment property where
you didn’t even need to have tenants renting it from you?
But your website pays for the actual investment property,
the same way a tenant would, by paying you rent. And that’s
when it gets exciting.
So you can
actually have investment properties without all of the
hassle of having tenants move in on you, move out on you,
damage your property, give you hassles, ask you to change
tap washers in the middle of the night and things like that.
Would that be
okay for you? To me, that really sounds a bit exciting.
So your mind
can go wild with possibilities. That car that you suddenly
wanted, a Mercedes Benz or a BMW, or if you wanted three or
four of them - wouldn’t it be great to be able to set up an
online business that actually buys it for you and actually
handles the payments on that car, house, whatever?
That’s really
what I’m about, Ted.
Ted:
I like
that strategy. So give us some meat, now. You said the
internet is a means to an end and you’re all about the
lifestyle, but let’s talk a little bit about the means. How
does somebody go about getting a website up? Let’s say they
want a BMW. So they’re going to need $1,000 a month, $1,200
a month.
Brett:
Here’s what I’ve done and here’s the example that I take
people through, because it’s very, very simple and it’s
about a subject that I knew nothing about. This is the one
that I make public and take people through step by step.
There’s a
website that I have up called
www.ScrapbookingProfits.com
Now,
scrapbooking is a subject of which I now know a little bit
more about now. But at the time when I created this
business, I knew nothing about it.
And
scrapbooking is basically the art of taking things like the
photos you currently have in your albums right now, and
putting them into a more illustrated book where there’s
extra bits added in, like ribbons and colors and all these
different types of card material and paper material, which
makes the photo album sensational.
But what I
found out was there is around 140,000 people a month
searching for that topic, anything to do with that topic of
scrapbooking.
So what I was
able to do was create a product based on what these people
wanted. So I set up a web page which asked them all of
these details about...“What would you like me
to tell you about scrapbooking?”
In my
instance, I created an angle on it, “How would you like to
be able to turn scrapbooking into a business?” So I said...
“Let me know what you’d like to know about
starting scrapbooking as a business.”
So what
happened is that people then gave me their questions about
what they really wanted to know. Over a period of about
five to seven days, I got this list of questions. And what
I did was I gave them to a writer at another website called
www.eLance.com.
And what that
writer went and did at eLance, he actually went and
researched all of the questions, found the answers, wrote
them into an e-book, sent that e-book back to me. I gave
him $800 US as payment for that, because that is what’s
known as hiring a ghostwriter. And it’s done all the time,
all over the world, so it’s a normal process.
I then own the
book as if it’s mine. I put the book up onto the internet
and I started selling it. And I’ve been selling it now for
around nine to 10 months.
It brings in consistently between
$1,500 US and up to $3,000 US a month.
I do no work,
other than actually place Google ads (which I did once
back when I started).
Let me just
explain that...
I have little
Google ads (which are 4 line ads that appear on the right
hand side of the Google search engine) which cost me
around about 20¢ every time someone clicks on that ad. Once
they click on my ad they get taken to my website, where I
explain all about this e-book that I’ve created. Those that
like the sound of it buy the book at $27 US.
It's a fully
downloadable book - so there's no shipping from my end. They
download it straight to their computers.
So I have a
little system that actually makes that happen, and the
project makes me up to $3,000 US a month.
That’s pretty
much the crux of it. It’s really as simple as that.
Ted:
Wow! That is really interesting. And that, by the way, one
website pays for that BMW, doesn’t it?
Brett:
This is it. It could be a BMW ... or a new extension on the
house ... or even just a donation to charity. The
point is having that money to do with it what you want. So
if you do want the BMW, it’s there. Or if you do want a
holiday, it’s there. You want to go to Hawaii? The
payments are covered. And that’s the most exciting thing.
So what’s
happened since is that I’ve shown my sister-in-law how to do
it. She's now created a website of her own. It’s called
www.cardmakingbusiness.com.
She’s doing right around about $1,000 US a month. In fact,
sometimes a little bit higher, up to $1,500 US a month, same
process, different topic, system works the same.
I showed it to
my brother, and he actually has a business now that's
starting to come together. Both my brother and sister-in-law
both want to stop their jobs and be able to sit at home,
like I do, and get up when I want ... and be able to have
the business work for them.
So what’s
important for the reader or listeners to know is that you
need a system that:
1)
Allows
you to create a passive income out of nothing
2)
Allows
you to run with very little work
3)
Is
proven to work, and
4) Allows
you to replicate that system over and over again.
This is the
vital knowledge which I show people LIVE onstage at the
World Internet Summit.
Ted:
Whoa! I know that's why people are always glued to their
seats during your presentation, Brett. Alright. I’m going
to turn you over to the co-host of this call, Mr Alan
Forrest Smith.
Alan:
Thanks, Ted. Morning, Brett.
Brett:
Hey, Alan.
Alan:
Listen, Brett, I just wanted you to talk to me right now as
if I'm just an average guy, just doing an average job, and
I’m not really switched onto the internet. But I want to do
something that you were talking about, Brett. I really want
to make a start doing that.
What could you tell me to help me actually
make a start?
How do I get
started? How do I start one of these
little "make money while you sleep" businesses?
How am I going to do that?
Brett:
Good question. First thing is this: you have a problem.
As an average Joe, you have a problem right now, that needs
to be solved. That problem is stopping you from making
money on the internet. And here’s what it is:
You don’t have the knowledge.
That’s the
only thing stopping you - you don’t know how to do it.
Once you have
that knowledge, you can do it. That’s the only thing
different. The only thing different between what I know and
what the average Joe knows right now is
how to do it.
Why I tell you
that is if you will just put in some time to discover the
knowledge ... the how-to ... you’ll be able to do it as
well. Remember, I said one of the most important things is
to have a system.
A system is
something which works over and over. It’s a step-by-step
process which works, and all you’ve got to do is put it into
action for it to take off. It’s like buying a McDonald’s
franchise. We don’t need to reinvent how to sell burgers
anymore, because McDonald’s has worked at how to do it
perfectly to a degree where they have the biggest in the
world. And that is a system.
So, what you
want to learn, is the system of how to do this on the
internet. So obviously, you’ve got to be prepared to sit
down and say, “Okay, I’m a beginner, but I'm determined
to learn this stuff.”
Where would you go?
The first thing you’ve got to find out is what the market
wants. Not anything to do with the product.
And here’s
where a lot of people actually make the biggest mistake.
They think, “I’ve got a great idea for a product.” Haven’t
you heard that, Alan, where they say that? “I’ve got an
idea for a product. How can you help me put it on the
internet?” And that is the biggest mistake of all.
That is the wrong sort of knowledge.
What you’ve
got to find out is what people are wanting on the internet.
Most of us in business have seen the show called
The Apprentice,
with Donald Trump.
In the most
recent series, the team which won around 6 challenges in a
row were doing something quite remarkable. They had two
very smart women in their team. And every week when there
was a challenge to create a business or they had to solve a
problem, they'd go and do a focus group.
They'd
actually go out to say a big department store and start
asking customers,
“What is it that you want to know about this sort of
product? Or what is a trouble that you’re having?”
And they won
week in and week out, because they found out the problem
first, then solved it. Not the other way around. And the
other team still didn’t catch on to their success secret.
They were too busy being creative and making up ideas,
hoping to win by chance.
So I want to tell you, if you want to earn money on the
internet the easy way, it’s all about
finding out what people out there want first.
I want you to do
this right now.
I want you to go to this website, and it’s simply this:
http://inventory.overture.com
That is the
exact tool which all of us marketers use, those who are in
the know, about finding out what people want. We all use
it.
So that’s the
same tool that that you have now at your disposal. And I’m
talking about the average Joe, you have this tool you can
use right now. That’s what I use, to create the exact
website that I’ve been telling you about. And all of these
websites that internet marketers use, do the same thing.
It means you
can go in and type any subject you wanted, and it will tell
you how many people a month are searching for that topic.
That is the first step finding out what people want.
Now, if you
tried to do that offline, Alan, there’s no way you could do
it effectively. It has never been possible, in the history
of the world, to be able to do this sort of research. And
this is where the average Joe now has a chance, because all
you need is the internet connection and to know the right
website, (which I just gave you) and you are in the
box seat for creating a really good product.
Now, what do
you need? You need the knowledge on how to do it.
So this is
where it’s all relative. We can only show you so much on
these sort of calls, but you need to know there is some
knowledge you need to learn. And if you don’t learn it from
me, learn it from someone that and just get in the race by
learning it.
Alan:
That’s
pretty amazing, Brett. Thanks. Listen, Brett, give us one
quick tip we can all use, we can all apply tonight,
tomorrow, or the next time we go back to our website. The
one thing we can do.
Brett:
Okay, I would do this. Apart from going to
inventory.overture.com, I would go to another website that’s
called
www.eLance.com.
And I would check out eLance and I would discover, “Ah,
so there really are people out there who will create
products for me!”
At eLance.com,
there are designers, writers, just waiting to do your job
for you. When I talked about lifestyle, Alan, I talked
about going on holidays, I didn’t talk about doing work.
So what you
can do is have these people do the work for you. They’ll
design your website and write your product. They can even
write you a letter which goes on your website. They can do
this for you.
So that is
what I would check out and start and get some knowledge
about what people want and then about what tools you can use
to have your work done for you.
Alan:
Good. So that’s eLance.com?
Brett:
That’s the one. It’s in America, but all of these writers
from around the world, all of these designers, all of these
people want to work for you for really cents on the dollar.
They do the work for you. It cost me $800 US to have a book
written. To me, that is absolute chump change.
There’s
a mail order specialist here in Australia, who makes
thousands of dollars a week, and usually pays $3,000 to
$4,000 Australian to have a writer create a book for him.
He was shocked when I told him what I had done on eLance for
about a quarter of what he’s usually paying.
See, you don’t
want employees. You can hire the work in as you need it.
Alan:
Thanks, Brett. Appreciate that.
Ted:
Brett, I’ve been reflecting on what you’ve been saying. You
really gave a lot of good, interesting stuff. Some people
just don’t even know about a ghostwriter. It kind of begs
the question ... "is that legal?" - which of course
it is.
And you’re
talking about lifestyle, the rewards of this and everything.
Truly liberating stuff.
I’ll tell you
what, Brett, thank you so much for being with us today.
-------------------
Well there you go.
I hope that gave you some food for thought... and hopefully
action too.
Of course, all
this is revealed and more in the World Internet Summit
Home Study Program
available here. And at any of the LIVE
events coming up:
www.worldinternetsummit.com
Till the next
issue, enjoy.
Warmly,
